Meet Lindsay Mason, RP, MEd (Psych)
With over 13 years of working in mental health and counselling, coupled with a graduate degree from the University of Toronto in counselling psychology and a doctorate in counselling and psychotherapy underway, I've developed a therapist's toolkit of psychological assessments, extensive knowledge of mental health issues, and a holistic mix of therapeutic modalities. I support my clients’ mental health and wellbeing by embracing a culturally responsive and socially just wellness model that promotes development, prevention, growth, and empowerment. My practice flows from a trauma-informed integrative framework, drawing predominately from mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and multicultural counselling perspectives. Providing a breadth of options for you to draw from creates a more tailored approach to meet your individualized counselling goals and needs quickly.
